This is a traditional Baltistan treat. Soft layers of sun-dried Skardu apricot are folded around a crunchy apricot kernel (giri), so each piece gives you a chewy fruit layer and a nutty bite in the middle. Grown organically and dried with no sulphur, it has a rich, natural sweetness you won't find in factory-processed dried fruit.
