Hunza apricots are legendary, and these come straight from the orchards of Khyber in upper Hunza. Each apricot is cut in half and sun dried naturally with no sulfur, so the colour is a deep golden-brown, not bright orange. That darker look is what real, unsulfured apricot looks like. The taste is naturally sweet with a soft, chewy bite and a hint of caramel.
